At BUZZ Bingo, we're looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team in Bexleyheath Club. As a Customer Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience every time they visit the club.

The Role You'll Play

You'll be the face of our club, making sure our customers feel welcome and valued. You'll be responsible for handling cash, operating machines, and maintaining the overall presentation of the club.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in delivering first-class customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail, or leisure environment
  • Outstanding communication skills that can be adapted to different situations
  • Basic numeracy knowledge and experience of handling cash
  • Confidence in challenging the way things are done and ensuring all customers follow our company policies and standards

What You'll Need to Do

  • Build rapport and relationships with customers
  • Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the club, from front of house to the kitchen
  • Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
  • Ensure you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our customers and colleagues across all channels
