Job Title: Reward Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reward Manager to join our team at Dandara. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive reward strategy that supports our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement a global reward framework that aligns with our business strategy
  • Develop and manage a group-wide reward strategy that includes annual pay review, market benchmarking, variable pay, and benefit renewals
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on reward-related matters to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and ensure cost optimization
  • Lead on cyclical reward activities, including annual salary review and bonus payments
  • Continuously review and improve compensation and benefits structures to ensure they remain competitive and fit for purpose
  • Ensure compliance and governance across the reward and benefit offering


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Proven experience in developing and implementing effective reward strategies across a multi-site organization
  • Extensive reward and benefit-related HR experience
  • Strong analytical and data-focused skills, with the ability to articulate and communicate complex information effectively
  • Ability to present new concepts and strategies to senior leaders
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with third-party suppliers and stakeholders
  • Understanding of key legislative requirements in relation to reward and benefit offerings
  • IT literacy, with a good knowledge of Excel
