About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Director to lead our fitness team and deliver an exceptional fitness experience to our members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and training the team, recruiting and developing Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, and driving personal training session sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the fitness team to deliver a best-in-class fitness experience
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers
  • Drive personal training session sales and deliver high-quality personal training sessions
  • Grow and optimize member engagement within the fitness community
  • Develop and implement group training timetables and monitor performance

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
  • CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
  • Strong leadership qualities and a passion for coaching others
  • Experience in delivering a variety of group training modalities
  • Adaptability in communication and management style to motivate and inspire the team
