We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Commercial Director to join our client's team. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects, valued between £1m to £15m, focusing on life sciences and healthcare sectors, including fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial elements of projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure commercial viability of projects.
- Provide commercial guidance and support to project managers and teams.
