Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at WeRecruit Auto Ltd. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when visiting our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customer queries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and provide detailed reports to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
