Get Staff is a leading recruitment agency specializing in placing top talent in various industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor - Automotive to join our client's team in South West London.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor - Automotive to provide exceptional customer service, manage the flow of information between the workshop and customers, and ensure accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry and possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customers with estimates and notify them when work is completed
  • Manage the flow of information between the workshop and customers
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Full clean UK driving license or equivalent
