We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Advisor to join our innovative Occupational Health and Wellbeing team at OH Talent Solutions Ltd.

The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of our Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service, playing a key role in the ongoing development of the company and service provision to our clients.

This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their clients.

The role includes a range of services such as:

  • Complex Case Management.
  • Sickness Absence Management.
  • Health Surveillance, including Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision Tests, Skin Inspections & HAVS.
  • Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessments & Questionnaires.
  • Immunisation, Vaccination & Phlebotomy Programmes.
  • Health Promotion & Wellbeing Advice.

Our client provides Occupational Health services to a number of small, medium and multinational sized clients, dependent on the needs of the business these services may be required on other sites across the region.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, able to work as an independent and autonomous Occupational Health Advisor. They will possess effective communication and relationship building skills, be proactive and motivated, and have a valid Full UK driving licence.
