Job Title: Occupational Health and Safety Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to join our client's team in Bristol. As an ambitious professional in this field, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across various projects in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures within the organisation.
  • To conduct regular site visits to monitor health and safety standards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • To work closely with project teams to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field such as occupational health and safety or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the property and construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £42,000 - £47,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A car allowance and attractive benefits package.
  • The opportunity to work with a leading property consultancy in the South West region.

Location: The role is based in Bristol, with projects located across the South West region. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to travel regularly and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
