About This Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Special Needs Consultant to join our team at Destination Education. As a Special Needs Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placing them in schools. You will also build and maintain relationships with SEN schools, Headteachers, and educational professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit for each role.
  • Build and maintain relationships with SEN schools, Headteachers, and educational professionals.
  • Advise and consult with clients to understand their recruitment needs for SEN staff.
  • Provide ongoing support to both candidates and clients post-placement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally with a focus on SEN, Education, or Social Care recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach with a passion for making a positive impact on students' lives.
  • An understanding of safeguarding practices and compliance standards within the education sector.
