Job Title: Career Coach and Learning Development Specialist
Location: Highland Council Headquarters
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Career Coach and Learning Development Specialist to join our team at Highland Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of a Career Hub for all employees, designing and delivering training and qualifications, and contributing to training needs analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of a Career Hub for all employees
- Design and deliver training and qualifications for learners
- Contribute to training needs analysis to meet Council priorities and support strategic programmes and initiatives
Requirements:
- Hold or willing to work towards Level 3 SVQ in Learning and Development (or equivalent)
