About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Be Personnel Ltd. As a key player in our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates in permanent and temporary positions across various sectors in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Conduct business development activities to increase our client base within assigned areas
  • Attract and engage with candidates through various channels
  • Identify, qualify, and interview suitable candidates for specific roles
  • Maintain our in-house database and provide excellent service to candidates
  • Complete administrative and support duties to meet the demands of the business

Requirements:

  • Experience in a recruitment role, preferably within an agency setting
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
