Job Title: CRM Executive

Job Summary:

GOAT Interactive is seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to lead our CRM strategy across French-speaking markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional CRM marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional activities
  • Assist in monitoring country-by-country performance data and develop targeted campaigns to maintain and increase market growth
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market development to enable Premier Bet and its associated brands to better the offering of our competitors
  • Perform marketing activities for the Premier Bet brand, including copywriting and campaign creation

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple campaigns
  • Data driven with the ability to turn insights into actions and resolutions
  • Experience in the gaming industry is beneficial
  • Marketing mindset and analytical traits
  • Collaborative, with the ability to adapt and work alongside multiple departments
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different localised strategies
  • Quality project & time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work dynamically and remotely
  • Good attention to detail & creativity

Desirable Background:

  • Keen interest in sports, especially football and casino games
  • Good understanding of competitor analysis & reporting
