About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Executive to join our team at GIMO, a leading independent marketing agency and software developer within the iGaming industry. As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in leading the strategy and execution of CRM campaigns for our French market, focusing on the Sportsbook product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive conversion, retention, and reactivation for our Sportsbook product in the French market.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure that all campaigns perform optimally and align with the company's objectives.
  • Monitor and test the user experience to ensure that the product and campaigns are working in an optimum way and adapt to local demands.
  • Provide analysis of the competition and generate insights to share with the team and other areas.
  • Ensure that CRM systems used meet our objectives and present necessary solutions.
Requirements
  • Native French speaker with advanced command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong CRM background within the sportsbook industry, specifically in the French market.
  • Experience in campaign management and marketing tools via email, SMS, push, among others.
  • Highly analytical and commercially aware, with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural space and adapt to the company culture and its way of working.
