Education Support Specialist

We are a post-16 further education provider delivering high-quality education inspired through the 7 principles of sport. Our mission is to empower learners, develop their potential, and support them on their journey to succeed.
Main Responsibilities- Mentor learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) experience, providing one-to-one support and guidance.
- Support learners in accessing our sites, promoting a safe and holistic environment.
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality education and achieve learner outcomes.
The successful candidate will have significant experience working with learners with SEN, a strong understanding of their needs, and excellent communication skills. You will be an integral part of our team, supporting learners to reach their full potential.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme and training opportunities.
