Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Educational Needs Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd.

About the Role: As a Special Educational Needs Specialist, you will work closely with individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to provide support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide individualized support to students with SEND, promoting their independence and well-being.
  2. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  3. Support students in developing their social and emotional skills, including behavior management and de-escalation techniques.
  4. Participate in Educator Networking Events to share best practices and stay updated on industry developments.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant qualification in health and social care, special education, or a related field (Minimum Level 3). Additional training in behavior management, de-escalation techniques, or other relevant areas is also desirable.
