We are seeking an experienced Academics SEN Education Support professional to join our team at a specialist school in Dudley, Wolverhampton, or Telford. This is a unique chance for individuals who want to support students with autism and associated challenges and be part of a nurturing environment where students receive personalized guidance.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in providing SEN support, working collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create and implement effective IEPs, and contributing to the development of engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of SEN students.

Applicants must have at least six months of SEN experience in the UK, experience working with students with autism, anxiety, and communication barriers, and a valid and up-to-date DBS check. Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support are beneficial but not required.
