About the role:
The Manager - Scrum Product Owners will lead a team of 11 Scrum Product Owners in the UK, providing leadership, direction, and vision to support Agile/Scrum processes within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The manager will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Project leaders to ensure effective coordination and delivery of business objectives.
- Manage team performance, hiring, coaching, and resource planning.
- Drive improvements in Agile/Scrum Product Owner approaches and processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
- Provide training, resources, and regular feedback to staff.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and methods, as well as experience in improving product development methods. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills in developing, coaching, and empowering teams, along with excellent organizational, project planning, time management, and change management skills.
Key Requirements:

Salary Range: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
