Retirement Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Retirement Development Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Eddington Lodge in Kendal, Cumbria.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience of managing a team.
You will work closely with our Area Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for our residents, and provide support to our on-site staff.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in residential care and has experience of managing a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge, including managing a team of on-site staff
- To develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for our residents
- To work closely with our Area Manager to achieve these goals
- To provide support to our on-site staff, including training and guidance
Requirements:
- Experience of working in residential care, preferably with older adults
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
