Meeting and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Meeting and Events Operative to join our team at Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the smooth operation of our meetings and events department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
- Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues promptly
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas, adhering to brand standards
- Support departmental needs and collaborate with the team to achieve targets
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
- Assist other departments as needed, maintaining good working relationships
