Meeting and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Meeting and Events Operative to join our team at Mercure Bristol Grand Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the smooth operation of our meetings and events department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work areas, maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Support departmental needs and collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of meetings and events, including setup, coordination, and breakdown.
