About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Arnfield Care Ltd. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our young people.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching staff to deliver tailored learning programs and support the development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs to support the development of our students.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Support the development of our students' social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other members of the education team to ensure seamless delivery of education programs.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (Level 4 TA qualification or Teaching qualification).
  • Experience working with young people with complex needs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced education environment.
