Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in identifying high-potential customers, researching Rubrik's value fit, and personalizing messaging to prospects.
Your primary responsibility will be to generate high-quality new business meetings for the company through outbound/inbound activities. This includes contacting potential customers via email, social media, and phone calls to qualify prospects and set meetings. You will also be responsible for following up on inbound leads generated by Marketing and staying within compliance metrics.
In collaboration with the field sales team, you will develop strategies for breaking into new accounts and stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments. Your expertise in Rubrik's solutions and ability to communicate their value to customers will be essential in driving business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 0-2 years of sales-oriented work, B2B sales, marketing, and/or lead generation experience
- Exposure to customer service experience
- Interest and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Desire for a successful career in sales/business development
- Written & Verbal Communication succinct & professional email, LinkedIn, phone
- Native German speaking
