About the Role

The Concierge is a vital member of our team, providing exceptional support to our customers. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing strong relationships with customers, helping them to develop life skills and confidence
  • Handling emergency and challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Ensuring the security and safety of the service, including conducting fire safety checks
  • Organising and running social activities to promote a sense of community
  • Writing and updating customer notes to ensure accurate records

Requirements

  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs or substance misuse
  • Previous experience working under challenging circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use IT systems confidently
