Front Desk Associate

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a skilled Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Assist with audits and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, achieving positive outcomes.
- Ensure an efficient reception experience, including check-in and check-out, and complete audit procedures as required.
- Communicate effectively with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors, sharing relevant feedback from guests and other departments.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
- Participate in training courses and contribute to the Day/Night Team's training and development efforts.
- Develop a strong knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and other general product knowledge necessary for daily duties.
- Maximize room occupancy and utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Adhere to hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Follow company brand standards and assist other departments as needed.

Klarent Hospitality's modern hotel is located in a stunning Victorian building, overlooking the Royal Mile. The hotel features contemporary rooms with work stations, TVs, minifridges, and free WiFi. Guests can enjoy a grill restaurant, chic bar, fitness room, and 7 meeting spaces, including a ballroom with city views.
