Job Summary:
We are seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join our team and provide specialized support to pupils with SEND in a specialist school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher and other teaching assistants in maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Provide individualized support to pupils, including assistance with daily care requirements and developing personalized learning plans
- Work collaboratively with the school team to promote student engagement and academic achievement
Requirements:
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with SEND pupils
- Ability to work with children with high-level needs and develop personalized learning plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
Salary and Benefits:
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus access to free safeguarding training, dedicated consultant support, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
