**Role Overview**

We are seeking an exceptional Educational Support Worker to join our team in a Lincoln federation, working closely with pupils requiring additional support due to SEMH needs.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Education, Health Care, or a related field, as well as training in de-escalation techniques.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement personalized educational plans
  • Provide targeted support in English, Maths, and Science, promoting academic and social growth
  • Establish a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other professionals

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with SEMH needs
  • A valid enhanced DBS check and subscription to the DBS Update Service

**Estimated Salary:** £26,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
