Are you passionate about working with young children? Do you have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent?

We are Academics Ltd, a leading provider of educational services, and we are currently seeking Level 2/3 Early Years Practitioners to join our team. The salary for this position is £15.00 - £20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children. You will also plan and implement age-appropriate activities to meet the individual needs of each child.

Job Requirements:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
  • Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
  • A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and understanding of child development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children
  • Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Observing and assessing children's progress and maintaining accurate records
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures at all times
