Our state-of-the-art facility in Sandwich, Kent, is the hub of our operations. We're seeking a highly skilled Hygiene Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Job SummaryThe Hygiene Supervisor will be responsible for leading our hygiene team and ensuring our production areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the hygiene team to ensure compliance with food safety and health protocols.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in production and warehouse areas.
- Develop and implement effective hygiene schedules, procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage inventory and stock levels of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and housekeeping equipment.
- Ensure all hygiene staff are trained and competent in their roles.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food safety and hygiene.
