Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a hygiene team to ensure compliance with food safety and health protocols.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, procedures, and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Monitor and control inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and housekeeping equipment.
- Manage HR admin tasks, including absence, holidays, and reviews, while maintaining clear communication across departments.
- Ensure all hygiene staff are trained and competent in all procedures relevant to their role.
