In this role, you will be part of our team at GrowUp Farms, a state-of-the-art vertical farm in Sandwich, Kent. As the Hygiene Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our production areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a hygiene team to ensure compliance with food safety and health protocols.
- Maintain high standards of cleaning and sanitation throughout the site.
- Develop and implement effective hygiene schedules, procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage inventory and stock levels of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and housekeeping equipment.
- Ensure all hygiene staff are trained and competent in their roles.
