As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene in our state-of-the-art facility. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a hygiene team, ensuring our production areas meet the strictest food safety and health protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate the hygiene team to achieve exceptional performance and safety standards.
- Maintain a spotless environment in the production and warehouse areas, adhering to company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective hygiene schedules, procedures, and equipment maintenance protocols.
- Manage HR-related tasks, such as absence, holidays, and reviews, while fostering open communication across departments.
- Oversee inventory and stock levels of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and housekeeping equipment, ensuring timely replenishment and functionality.
- Ensure COSHH management and associated training are up-to-date and accessible to all staff.
- Verify that all hygiene staff are trained and competent in procedures relevant to their role.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date material safety data sheets for all chemicals used on site.
