Education Support Worker

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is proud to partner with Barnet and Southgate College to find a dedicated and compassionate individual to join their team as a Behaviour Support Assistant starting in January 2025.
Job Role: The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and other staff members to create a positive and supportive learning environment. You will assist with behaviour management, develop strategies to promote social and emotional well-being, and help students overcome barriers to learning.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience working with students who have complex needs, such as ADHD and Dyslexia.
- Valid Enhanced Adult/Child DBS dated within the last 3 months or on the update service.
Estimated Salary: £26,500 per annum (dependent on experience).
