Job Summary:

Nouvo Recruitment (London) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the estate, and maintaining a high level of presentation and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the cleanliness and comfort of reception areas and associated common parts, ensuring a high standard of presentation at all times.
  • Resident Services: Provide proactive and timely support to residents, responding to their requests and needs in a polite and efficient manner.
  • Security and Maintenance: Ensure the daytime security of the estate, oversee the maintenance of the highest standards of presentation, and report any issues or concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Administration: Assist with daily administration tasks, including logging and distributing mail and parcels, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of the estate, and assist with the implementation and overview of operational protocols.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with diverse residents from various backgrounds.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, and to remain calm under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multi-task and deliver a top-quality service, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Team-minded and collaborative, with a strong sense of accountability and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of facilities management and resident services.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or certifications in facilities management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
