Caretaker - Estate Maintenance Specialist

CRA GROUP LIMITED's Estate Maintenance Service plays a vital role in Housing Management's ambition to create and maintain a safe community, supporting the health and wellbeing of residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness to internal elements of residential buildings, including external areas within the estate.
  • Provide a visible presence and trusted service in the delivery of a flexible, responsive, and high-quality estate maintenance service on housing estates and street properties.
Additional Information:
  • 36 hours per week
  • 8am - 4pm working hours

This role is part of a team that provides an out-of-hours emergency service at night and weekends, ensuring a comprehensive support system for residents.

As a Caretaker - Estate Maintenance Specialist, you will be an integral part of CRA GROUP LIMITED's Housing Management team, contributing to the creation and maintenance of a safe and healthy community.
