Role Overview

Key Tasks:

  • Provide exceptional support to patients with cancer, ensuring timely access to diagnostic care plans.
  • Track patient pathways and provide a point of access for urgent needs.
  • Liaise with clinicians, managers, and service users to facilitate effective care coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient management of patient data and records.

Requirements:

  • Hold relevant qualifications and experience, preferably within the NHS.
  • Demonstrate strong literacy, communication, IT, and organisational skills.
  • Show evidence of continued professional development and adaptability.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
