Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing expert clinical guidance and support to your team, ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care. You will also supervise and mentor colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and kindness within the home. In addition, you will take charge of resident care when the Home Manager is absent, utilizing your expertise to make informed decisions.

To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of National Standards, as well as a strong background in person-centred care planning. A valid NMC Pin is essential, and previous experience working in a care home environment is highly desirable.
