Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Services Director to lead our team in Oswestry. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our supported living services and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of our supported living services in Oswestry
  • To develop and implement plans to improve the quality of our services and increase client satisfaction
  • To work closely with our staff to ensure that they have the necessary training and resources to deliver excellent care and support
  • To collaborate with other members of our management team to achieve our organizational goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as social work or healthcare
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within a care organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
