Membership Development Coordinator

Arlettie is a European leader in organizing unique private sales, bringing together luxury brands in showrooms in Paris, London, and Milan.

We offer a calendar of exclusive sales, providing a unique shopping experience for our community of over 300,000 clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership Growth:
    • Foster the expansion of VIP and Membership clubs through targeted campaigns and prospecting.
    • Collaborate with the UK Manager of Clients to develop and execute conversion campaigns for membership renewals and new acquisitions.
    • Define targeting strategies and create phoning scripts to maximize conversion rates.
  • Showroom Membership Acquisition and Experience:
    • Oversee Membership sales on the Showroom floor, ensuring team members are trained on available services and effective sales language.
    • Provide on-the-ground support to the Hostess team on strategic sales events.
    • Arrange and conduct in-person appointments with prospective clients to explain membership benefits.
    • Follow up with clients and document conversion rates for analysis and reporting.
