Welcome Break is seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager.

About Us

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Unit Business Manager in every aspect of running the unit – from people management to driving sales and profitability.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, plus bonus, as well as a £10 on-shift meal allowance. Additionally, you will receive 30 days' holiday, which increases with service, employee discounts, and a contributory pension after three months.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who has experience in a supervisor or management role in customer service and is passionate about delivering great customer service. You should be a good people manager who can motivate others and lead by example, as well as being a true multi-tasker able to juggle a range of tasks. The ideal candidate will also have business acumen and a focus on delivering profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Unit Business Manager in all aspects of running the unit
  • Lead by example and motivate others to deliver excellent customer service
  • Juggle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Requirements
  • Experience in a supervisor or management role in customer service
  • Possession of strong business acumen and ability to drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
