We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Kitchen Coordinator to join our team at First Contact Chefs. As a Senior Kitchen Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen brigade.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including complimentary nights with breakfast and 50% discount.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an AA Rosette establishment, with experience in managing a section and leading a team. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The key focus of this role is to coordinate and execute daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all sections are operating efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling food costs, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing quality control measures.
