This role requires experience working in a 1AA Rosette establishment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team. A passion for creative cuisine and strong communication skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, a hygiene certificate, and suitable work permit or visa. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary estimated at £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
