Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant Manager to join our team in London.

This role requires experience in facilities/building management, with a proven track record of managing office spaces and teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently, and have a strong understanding of H&S regulations.

As the first point of contact for staff and facilities-related matters, you will provide exceptional support to the Head of Workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the facilities ticketing system and ensuring efficient responses to faults.
  • Logging incidents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Supporting the Head of Workplace in projects and initiatives.
  • Managing the post room and overseeing its operations.
  • Mentoring a team of four and providing guidance on H&S procedures.
  • Performing regular building walk rounds and ensuring a safe environment.

You should have:

  • Experience managing larger office spaces.
  • Proven line management experience.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • A good understanding of H&S regulations and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
