At Cygnet Alders Clinic, we provide a specialist psychologically informed personality disorder pathway across three living areas; Coln, which focuses on transitioning to the community.

The successful candidate will work 42 hours per week, a mixture of days and nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.

Main duties
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required
  • Safeguard
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
