Estée Lauder Counter Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Implement effective inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with the team to create and execute in-store events and promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days and hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
