- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within a children\u2019s residential setting.
- NVQ Level 5 in children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties or learning disabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
Package:
- Salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
