Main Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and implementation of student welfare strategies and policies.
  • Coordinating the management of student behavior and attendance.
  • Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
  • Maintaining accurate student records and reporting on progress.
  • Contributing to whole-school initiatives and projects to enhance student motivation and achievement.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
