Job Description:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Well Integrity Management System (WIMS), ensuring the safety and efficiency of all well-related assets.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive direction and guidance in Well Engineering, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and team objectives, driving productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership as Technical Lead for well activity and operation risk assessment, applying ALARP principles to minimize risks and optimize operations.* Develop and establish performance measures relating to Well Integrity, driving continuous improvement and innovation.* Plan and execute operational support for well-related maintenance, interventions, workover operations, ensuring high-quality results and seamless execution.

Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in oil and gas or process industries, preferably in well integrity roles or general mechanical integrity.* Strong proficiency in using CMMS system (Maximo) and document management software, ensuring efficient data management and compliance.* Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering is essential, while a NEBOSH General Certificate is highly desirable.
