The Role

We're looking for a skilled Lead Payments Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our multi-disciplined payments team. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and Engineers to develop scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

You will also champion technical excellence while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your expertise will help us keep abreast of changes to the payment industry and highlight opportunities and risks for future growth.

  • You will lead the technical direction of our multi-disciplined payments team.
  • You will be the point of technical collaboration and decision-making for the team.
  • You will represent the effort and achievement of the team in regular demos and updates to stakeholders.
Benefits

We offer an attractive salary package, including £62,400 - £78,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus opportunities. Our team members enjoy 25 days plus their birthday off, profit share, enhanced parental leave, and discounted gym memberships.
