Proactive Account Builder Job Description

Restaurant Associates is seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team as a Proactive Account Builder. As a Proactive Account Builder, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts.

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and maximize revenue potential.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understand their needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

The successful candidate will have minimum 3 years' experience in a proactive sales role and a strong understanding of the Milton Keynes/London corporate event market. Estimated salary range: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
