About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted representative of Shift, working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in your local area.

  • You will be responsible for raising awareness of our service and signing up new clients for regular collections.
  • You will need to proactively engage with potential customers, utilise marketing materials, and conduct a simple sign-up process.
  • Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients, handling daily collections and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Sales or business development experience, with the confidence to approach and onboard new clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven experience in driving, with a reliable vehicle suited for regional collections and deliveries.
  • Self-motivation and organisation, with the ability to manage your schedule and meet collection targets independently.
  • Familiarity with using basic digital tools for client sign-ups, navigation, and order tracking.
